	Laurianne Lipari, Licensed Office Manager – After graduating from LSU, Laurianne came to work for the Warren Gray Agency in January of 2005. After holding several positions and getting the SPU Producer Training, Laurianne was promoted to Manager of the Sullivan Road Office. Laurianne has put a lot of emphasis on Flood Insurance and how to help customers get the best rate possible. When not at work, Laurianne enjoys tennis and painting.
	Beth Creel, Licensed Sales Producer – Beth first got into the Insurance Business in 1975. She received her first license to sell insurance in 1976 and has held a Producers License every since. Previous to working for Warren Gray, Beth worked at the Ken Sides Agency. When Warren Gray purchased the Ken Sides Agency, Beth came to work for Warren so she could service her customers. Beth feels that Customer Service is her specialty, as many of her customers will attest to. Beth loves fishing, the great outdoors and spoiling her grandchildren.
	Ashlyn Burns, Licensed Insurance Representative – Ashlyn is currently a student at LSU. She recently received her Property and Casualty Producer License so she could help her customers better. She has worked for the Warren Gray Agency since February of 2008. Ashlyn loves to dance, be with family and friends, and believe it or not, school.

	Amy Tullier, Licensed Insurance Representative – Amy began her career in insurance from the claims side, working for the Allstate Claims department. After 7 years in claims, Amy moved to the selling side of insurance with the Mike Milano Agency. Amy has her Property and Casualty License as well as her Life and Health License. After Warren Gray purchased the Milano Agency, Amy came on board to work at the Old Hammond Highway office. Amy feels helping customers understand their insurance coverage is why she became a producer. She loves spending time with her family, planning parties and making flower arrangements.
	Cheryl Jackson, Licensed Sales Producer – Cheryl entered the insurance business in 1985. After ten years, Cheryl received her Property and Casualty license and became a Sales Producer. She worked for Charles Scott Allstate for 19 ½ years and then Don McCrary Allstate prior to coming to work for Warren Gray. She feels her special talent is speaking to each and every customer with the same professionalism and caring. Cheryl loves Bluegrass music and festivals, car racing, deer hunting and fishing.
	Heather Cummings, Licensed Sales Producer – Heather joined the Warren Gray Agency in March of 2010. She has been in the insurance business since 2006 with a high proficiency in Workman’s Compensation. She got interested in the insurance business because of her aunt, who has been in insurance since the age of 18. What does Heather like best about the insurance business? “I like helping people. Insurance is something that everyone has to have, but they have a choice of who they want to do business with. It is a great feeling to have someone trust you enough to be their agent.” When away from work, Heather likes to kick back and relax with her friends and family.

Warren Gray – Owner and Exclusive Agent – Warren Gray attended the U.S.L. and L.S.U. where he majored in Economics. During his time at Louisiana State University, Warren went to work in law enforcement for the Baton Rouge Police Department. After 18 months, Warren was promoted to Detective. In 1972 Warren went to work for Sears, where he spent the next 18 years in various management positions. An opportunity with the Allstate Insurance Company opened and he transferred from Sears. On October 1st, 1989, Warren opened his first agency on Sullivan Road. On August 11, 2005 he purchased the Mike Milano Agency on Old Hammond Highway. Since then, he has merged the McCrary and Hebert Agencies into the Old Hammond Highway location and the Ken Sides Agency into the Sullivan Road Location. Warren is passionate about his church, his wife, his family, his friends, tennis, fishing and gardening.

Sarah Gray - Owner – In 1990, Sarah joined the Warren Gray Agency as a producer. Her talents of making people feel special and her ability to work with customers to help them protect their property helped the agency flourish. On November 30th, 1991, Sarah and Warren were married. Together, Warren and Sarah built the agency one customer at a time. Sarah always felt putting the customer first was a big part of their success. She remembers working the nights and week-ends to ensure all their customers were taken care of. Sarah’s passions are her church, her husband, her family, horses, fishing, cooking, gardening, working out and she loves to watch movies.
