As a service to our clients, the Warren Gray Agency has established a communication system where every customer gets a personalized greeting from the owner each month. While a few of these messages will be holiday greetings and salutations, some will have very important information concerning storms and hurricanes, how clients can get help handling catastrophe claims, policy changes and State of Louisiana regulation changes.
As a service to our clients, the Warren Gray Agency has established a Quarterly Newsletter. This newsletter will have various articles including Going Green, Today’s Events, General Savings Tips, Recipes, Movie Updates, Trivia Questions, Health Tips, Tip of the Quarter and Contests. This newsletter is available to our customers via email or printed copies available at our offices.
October is Fire Safety Month and the staff at the Warren Gray Agency work with local schools to distribute Fire Safety Activity books to children ages 5 to 8. This book teaches the children “9 Cool Rules about Fire Safety” and is provided free to the schools by the Warren Gray Agency.
This Fire Safety Activity book is also available at our offices. If your school would like to be a part of this program, please contact your local Warren Gray Agency office.
The Catastrophe Safety Activity book is provided by FEMA and is available at either of our offices. There are two books available, for 4 to 7 year olds, and the other for ages 8 to 11.
These are also provided free of charge.
